Join Airthings, a global tech company on a mission to empower people to breathe better. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Consumer to join our R&D & Product team at Airthings. The position is based at our head office in downtown Oslo. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the consumer product roadmap for Airthings. This includes new and existing hardware devices, mobile apps and online services - from discovery through launch and iteration. Translate customer insights, market trends, and business goals into a clear, prioritized product strategy for the consumer segment. Lead cross-functional collaboration with hardware engineering, firmware, software, UX/design, and marketing to deliver high-quality consumer products on time. Define and own key product metrics (activation, retention, NPS, channel sell-through) and use data to continuously improve the consumer experience. Work closely with the commercial team to shape go-to-market strategy for our key retail channels — including packaging, positioning, and pricing Identify and evaluate new consumer product opportunities Be the internal voice of the consumer — conducting user research, synthesizing feedback, and ensuring customer needs drive product decisions. Manage the full product lifecycle: from concept and business case through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. You will report directly to the CPTO at Airthings and be part of the R&D leadership team. Key Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a strong track record in the consumer market and product led growth. Deep understanding of consumer UX principles and what it takes to deliver delightful, intuitive product experiences. Deep technical understanding and experience working closely in a technology driven environment. Having a background in technology is a plus. Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and quantitative methods to inform decisions. Strong communicator who can align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership. Fluent in English; Norwegian is a plus. Main language at Airthings is English.
