The Core ADAS team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager focused on driving the growth of BlueCruise’s Operational Design Domain as well as driving new ADAS features and foundational enablers, enhancing the capabilities and user experience across the entire Ford lineup from performance vehicles like Mustangs to commercial trucks like the F-600. Drive the Operational Design Domain expansion of BlueCruise Serve as a cross-functional partner, bridging engineering, business, and marketing to drive informed product decisions Translate customer needs into clearly defined technical requirements, leveraging data and comprehensive industry knowledge to drive product refinement Support product benchmarking by analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to differentiate Ford’s ADAS offering through product superiority Implement innovative strategies to accelerate development, reduce risk, and enhance the overall product experience, collaborating across the company to ensure full realization You'll have... This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from: $112,680 - $187,000 for candidates in Dearborn, MI and $150,000 - $234,000 for candidates in Palo Alto, CA.
