Familiarity with manufacturing processes and how configured parts are sold is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Epicor’s CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
  • Drive seamless integration between CPQ, CRM, and ERP systems to enhance customer workflows, leading cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performing solutions.
  • Identify customer pain points in complex quoting, pricing, and configuration, translating them into product requirements.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and pricing models in collaboration with sales and marketing, analyzing data and key product metrics to measure success and inform iterative improvements.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement, industry events, and webinars, staying ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to drive product innovation.
  • Work closely with partners to explore potential integrations and ecosystem expansion.
