Description
Create your best future and join Consumer Division as a Senior Product Manager, Credit Cards CVP Development What’s the role? This role provides strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to deliver visible, lasting change across the credit cards portfolio. What do I need? * Strong experience in product management, CVP, pricing, strategy or transformation roles, ideally within financial services or consumer lending.  * Proven end‑to‑end ownership of product initiatives from discovery and business case through delivery, launch and BAU embedment, including benefits tracking.  * Demonstrated ability to act as business product owner, partnering closely with Tech, Digital, Operations, Change and PM/BA teams to drive decisions and outcomes.  * Working knowledge of credit card platforms and pricing constructs such as VisionPlus, ORGs/Logos, PCTs and product parameters is highly desirable.  * Strong executive‑ready communication skills, including preparing clear, high‑quality materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
