Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – CRM & Retention to lead the development of a highly personalized, data-driven CRM experience. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for someone who understands lifecycle marketing and knows how to activate customer context across multiple touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in crafting automated experiences that drive engagement and lifetime value at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own and lead the end-to-end CRM and retention marketing strategy
  • Design and launch cross-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, onsite) that are timely and relevant
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Analytics teams to build impactful, personalized user journeys
  • Develop advanced automation and personalization frameworks using behavioral, transactional, and contextual data
  • Utilize vector databases and AI to drive contextual targeting and recommendation logic
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), run A/B tests, and iterate based on data insights
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously bring innovative CRM practices into the business
