CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a next-generation self-service portal for plan sponsors and to drive the evolution of our client reporting capabilities. This role is critical to enhancing the digital experience for our clients and ensuring that our reporting infrastructure delivers actionable insights that support client satisfaction, retention, and growth. As a Senior Product Manager at CuraLinc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services. You will be responsible for discovering and delivering valuable, usable, feasible, and viable products that delight our customers and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, client success, sales and marketing, to deliver exceptional products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the End-To-End Product Lifecycle for a B2B Self-Service Portal Tailored to Plan Sponsors, from Discovery Through Launch and Iteration
  • Define and Prioritize Features Such as Role-Based Access, Secure Authentication, Customizable Dashboards, and Real-Time Reporting Tools
  • Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Client Success, and Implementation Teams to Ensure the Portal Aligns with Client Needs and Internal Workflows
  • Champion User-Centric Design Principles and Ensure the Portal Reflects the Unique Cultures and Goals of Our Clients
  • Own the Strategic Roadmap for Client Reporting, Including Transition from Manual to Automated Reporting Systems
  • Partner with Data and Finance Teams to Align Reporting Logic with Organizational Structures and Billing Systems (E.G., NetSuite, Zoho)
  • Ensure Reporting Outputs are Timely, Accurate, and Tailored to Client-Specific KPIs, Including PEPM Metrics and Engagement Benchmarks
  • Serve as the Voice of the Client in Cross-Functional Initiatives, Ensuring Product Decisions Reflect the Needs of Our Clients
  • Collaborate with Executive Sponsors, Client Success Leaders, and Marketing to Support Client Engagement Strategies and Conference Representation
  • Act as a Thought Partner to the CPO and Executive Team on Product Vision, Innovation, and Competitive Differentiation
  • Conduct Thorough Market Research Including User and Client Interviews to Identify User Needs and Pain Points
  • Define the Problem Statement and Develop a Clear Product Vision
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to Prioritize Features and Set Product Strategy
  • Create Strategic Business Cases, Including Cost and Benefit Analysis, Justifying Additional Investment
  • Create Detailed Product Requirements and User Stories
  • Work Closely with Engineering and Design Teams to Ensure Product Execution Aligns with the Vision
  • Prioritize and Manage a Product Backlog
  • Oversee the Product Development Process, from Inception to Launch
  • Conduct User Testing and Gather Feedback to Validate Product Assumptions
  • Analyze Product Performance Metrics to Measure Success, Including the Creation of OKRs and KPIs
  • Continuously Iterate on the Product to Improve User Experience and Business Outcomes

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Product Management, in a Technology Enabled Services Industry
  • University Degree or Related Experience
  • Formal Product Management Training and Certification (Pragmatic, 280group, Etc…)
  • Strong Understanding of Product Management Methodologies and Frameworks
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Think Critically and Solve Complex Problems
  • Passion for Technology and a Deep Understanding of User Needs
  • Experience with Agile Development Methodologies
  • Proven Success in Launching Client-Facing Platforms or Portals with Measurable Impact on Engagement and Satisfaction
  • Strong Understanding of Data Architecture, Reporting Systems, and Integration with Enterprise Tools
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills, with the Ability to Influence Across Functions and Levels
  • Experience Working with Data Visualization Tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Health-Tech Experience
  • B2B Mental Health-Tech is a Plus
  • Previous Leadership Experience is a Plus
  • Knowledge of Data Analysis and A/B Testing
  • Experience with Product Analytics Tools
  • Experience Working with Plan Sponsors or within the Employee Benefits Ecosystem is a Plus
