Description

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Customer Engagement team in Helsinki, Amsterdam, or Dublin office.
This team’s mission is to make our product sticky and ensure long-term customer retention and expansion by optimizing the post-setup user journey and unlocking growth opportunities

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Own the product strategy for customer engagement, retention and expansion. You will focus on the user journey from adoption to long-term advocacy
  • Lead the roadmap for the Customer Engagement team, including initiatives like building in-app upgrade paths, package downgrade experiences and other features that improve retention & expansion
  • Support product habit formation by building features that facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly logins & usage, providing continuous value to our customers
  • Ensure value delivery by building features that enable customers to consistently experience Supermetrics value throughout the user journey
  • Balance customer needs with business goals, managing a roadmap that directly impacts key metrics like Expansion ARR, Churn ARR and customer engagement scores
  • Collaborate across teams, including engineering, product marketing, customer success and data analytics to align priorities, clarify requirements and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Define and run experiments to test hypotheses around user behavior, conversion and retention
  • Facilitate discovery efforts, working through ambiguity to uncover real customer jobs-to-be-done, validate hypotheses and prototype quickly

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

  • Build and evolve a coherent roadmap for customer engagement and expansion journeys
  • Translate complex user behavior data and business goals into clear user stories and functional specs
  • Work with your team to design, implement and analyze A/B tests and other experiments aimed at improving key metrics
  • Define and own in-product upgrade and downgrade paths
  • Contribute to the long-term vision for the Supermetrics customer journey and value-aligned pricing model
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for engagement, retention and expansion
  • Work cross-functionally with both product and customer success teams to build coherent user journeys through in-product features, email communications & high touch interactions
