This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Dedicated in North America. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of a single-tenant SaaS product designed for highly regulated and security-conscious enterprise customers. You will balance customer needs, technical capabilities, and business outcomes while collaborating closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and go-to-market teams. Your focus will be on delivering a secure, scalable, and high-performance platform that meets strict compliance standards. You will define product priorities, refine pricing and packaging, and drive enterprise adoption through data-driven insights. This position requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution, ensuring both operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will directly influence product innovation while supporting customers across complex, highly regulated industries. \n Accountabilities: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the single-tenant SaaS platform, aligning with business objectives and enterprise customer needs. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to design a secure, scalable, and reliable platform architecture. Prioritize features and initiatives balancing new development with platform stability, compliance, and performance. Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Finance teams to drive adoption, forecast outcomes, and optimize product-market fit. Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, address security and compliance concerns, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements. Refine pricing, packaging, and business cases based on customer value, market dynamics, and business performance. Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and use analytics to inform decisions and measure impact. Collaborate with Product Marketing to create positioning, messaging, and enablement materials that articulate the platform’s value and differentiation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Manager leading SaaS products from discovery through launch and iteration. Strong understanding of operating SaaS services at scale, including reliability, security, and compliance considerations. Experience engaging with enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. Ability to work effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams and manage ambiguity. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical and regulatory requirements into clear product plans. Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and using analytics to measure impact. Business acumen, including experience with pricing, packaging, and building business cases.
