We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Cash Channel Strategy, Merchant Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions. Specifically, you will Join the Deposits and Transaction Crew, within Everyday Business Banking where you will manage the product lifecycle through a deep understanding of the high-profile customer outcomes and needs and connecting them to our Everyday Business Banking objectives. The Transactions Acquisition & In Life Management squad is accountable for the management and optimisation of our Transaction products whilst also managing the portfolio P&L for each product. We prioritise our customers above all else, relentlessly improving their experience and solving their unmet needs. Do Work That Matters You are a Senior Product Manager and passionate about product management and customer with existing senior product management experience. You will be responsible to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements, managing the products P&L, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business. This role is best suited to an established Senior Product Manager who brings proven leadership experience and is comfortable operating at scale. You’ll be accountable for a sizeable and complex product portfolio, working across multiple squads and stakeholders to shape strategy, drive delivery and embed long‑term value. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and influencing outcomes in a fast‑moving, highly regulated environment. Demonstrated People Leadership experience. Risk Mindset –All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks. Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders Appropriate university qualification; degree or masters Strong commercial acumen with experience in product strategy, planning and execution. Experience in managing P&L of a portfolio Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change. Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others. An individual keen to build genuine lasting relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
