R&D unit in KTI is responsible for developing digital services at KONE. It’s the development engine for our Digital Services such as KONE 24/7 Connected Services , Office Flow and Partnership Ecosystem.
We are now looking for a

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, DIGITAL EXPERIENCE SOLUTIONS

to lead our developments within the DX (Digital Experience) Solutions Tribe in Hyvinkää, Finland. You may also work in our Espoo office, if that’s more convenient for you. There’s a possibility to work remotely few days a week.
Our DX Solutions Tribe is building and operating state-of-the-art digital services for our connected elevators to provide Best People Flow Experience (see e.g. Office Flow ).

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, DIGITAL EXPERIENCE SOLUTION, YOU WILL

  • Ensure the digital experience solutions product strategies and roadmaps are pure gold
  • Together with the other product managers in the tribe as well as in technology teams ensure we are delivering on our commitments and according to our roadmap
  • Ensure alignment between technical architecture and business outcomes. Manage priorities and dependencies between teams and own dedicated product backlog.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth co-operation. Collaborate with the business stakeholders to ensure alignment, customer deliveries and understand the business outcomes.
  • Use data and analytics to guide decisions. Implement metrics and KPIs on dashboards and ensure stakeholders are up to date
Responsibilities
  • Strong product management experience and proven track record in an international environment, working with connected physical devices, SW (devices & cloud) and ecosystems
  • Solid leadership skills in matrix organization, with proven track record of leading complex systems and products
  • Strong business acumen and capability to quantify customer value and business benefit.
  • Are data-savvy and KPI-driven, using data in product decision making analysis and you are familiar with tools like PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across R&D and business stakeholders
