The Government Digital Product (GDP) Team aims to spearhead the digital transformation of government. We are a team of technologists in GovTech that aims to design and develop software applications that help government agencies better serve the needs of Singaporeans. We adopt an Agile development approach and work towards adopting tech best practices and cutting edge tools. Our team in GDP aims to improve lives by empowering change with the right technologies and better user experience.
This role sits with the Digital Society Products (DSP) division as a member of the discovery team working on Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) Projects.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery team supporting the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) in discovery and inception. We will build impactful digital products that serve the public and transform government services. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, UX Designers and Software Engineers to explore complex problems, shape user-centred solutions, and drive product delivery from strategy to launch.
This is a strategic role that requires a strong collaborative mindset, a deep understanding of user and stakeholder needs, and the ability to navigate public sector constraints while pushing for innovation and modernisation.
