REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification. A
• Artificial intelligence / computer vision passion.
• Strong technical background with experience in SaaS, IoT, and real-time analytics platforms.
• Proven success in managing complex product lifecycles from concept to launch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• A love for shipping products frequently, delivering customer value, and pushing the limits of technology.
• Passion for user experience and customer success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
• Understanding of edge computing, sensor integration, and cloud infrastructure. E
• Experience in the QSR market and drive-thru performance solutions is a strong plus.
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Product Manager to lead our product execution for our DRIVETHRUiQ suite of products. This role is ideal for a certified Scrum Product Owner with a deep understanding of agile methodologies, technical product development, and customer-centric innovation. You will be responsible for transforming our product strategy and vision into a functional roadmap and work with our engineering team through delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the Scrum Product Owner for multiple agile teams, managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
• Collaborate with our Scrum engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations in support of launching new products and features.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Champion a data-driven approach to product decisions using analytics and user insights.
