On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Senior Product Manager - eCommerce for a 6-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - ECOMMERCE - JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and maintenance of product roadmaps for eCommerce platforms. The focus will be on optimizing the post-purchase customer journey and enhancing communication platforms. The role involves collaborating with international stakeholders and ensuring the successful launch of platform products.

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - ECOMMERCE - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in digital eCommerce
• Proficiency in Agile product management frameworks
• Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user experience
• Proven track record of successfully launching platform products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - ECOMMERCE – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with eCommerce post-purchase journey
• Experience with customer communications platforms

• Develop and maintain product roadmap and backlog
