Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager of our Fleet Payments Platform is responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of multiple product lines. This individual will lead complex projects, ensuring that both new and existing functionalities meeting customer needs while aligning with broader business goals. The Senior PM plays a critical role in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, balancing priorities, and optimizing resources. With a focus on leadership, the Senior PM also mentors junior team members and takes ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and market expertise are essential to delivering scalable successful products that drive company growth. Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities Define the product strategy and long-term roadmap, aligning with company objectives Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities Drive product profitability by owning the business case and ensuring commercial success. Conduct market research, analyze competitive positioning, and develop strategic partnerships. Preform product demonstrations and provide sales and customer service training. Collaborating with C-level executives and partners to negotiate scope, budget, and timeline Mentor junior product managers, fostering growth and collaboration within the team. Take on additional advanced tasks and projects requiring a high level of expertise and experience, demonstrating leadership in their execution Dive into data to deliver accurate & auditable detail to customers, users, and stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence across functions. Excellent strategic thinking and ability to align product initiatives with business goals. Proven track record in managing complex, multi-product portfolios Strong verbal and written communication, including experience presenting to senior executives. Effective time management, organization, and multitasking abilities. Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at all organizational levels. Attention to details is a must. Ability to get into the weeds to ensure successful delivery while being able to summarize for executive communication. Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable application and operational requirements Experience in leading efforts from start to finish and a proven track history of success. Ability to mentor junior team members and manage product lifecycle from concept to completion. Education and Experience: Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in product analysis or product management, with focus on payments or fintech. Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business, Strategy or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
