Our job is to optimize the EU cross-border sales to spin the Amazon flywheel faster, getting access to the widest selection and improving the delivery speed for our customers, while reducing our internal costs in an evolving supply chain landscape. In this role, you will drive initiatives to enhance Amazon’s cross-border capabilities, improve profitability, and deliver a great customer experience across our European stores. You will work on complex, ambiguous problems at the heart of Amazon’s European supply chain, partnering with multiple technical and business teams to optimize our remote sourcing and fulfillment processes.Key job responsibilitiesAs the Senior Product Manager for the European Fulfillment Network team, you will own and drive the product strategy for optimizing remote sourcing and fulfillment within the European retail cross-border flows. Your primary focus will be on identifying and eliminating defects, maximizing domestic supply of inventory into Amazon FC network and placing inventory closer to customers.

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.

• Knowledge of European markets and cross-border trade regulations.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s retail systems and processes, particularly in sourcing and fulfillment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
