We at Security Compass are on a mission to create a world where we can trust technology by enabling organizations to shift left and build secure applications by design. Our flagship product, SD Elements, helps organizations to reduce cyber risks by taking an automated, developer-centric approach to threat modeling, secure development, and compliance. This, combined with our industry-leading application security training offerings, allows us to support our customers in accelerating software time-to-market without sacrificing security.
As the Senior Product Manager for our Application Security Training portfolio, including both online courses and hands-on labs, you’ll play a key role on our product leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will be working with key teams across the company to ensure an amazing customer journey for our training product customers which includes Instructional Design, Security Content Research, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support to name a few. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to grow our existing portfolio and influence the direction of our offering, interviewing customers, analyzing market and product data, identifying content and features that drive growth and adoption, supporting go-to-market plans and influencing the overall product strategy.
Our ideal candidate would be based in the Greater Toronto Area but we are open to candidates across Canada. We are a remote-first company with a head-office in Toronto. We don’t mandate team members to come in on a particular schedule, however we encourage team members to come into the office to foster connection with their colleagues on a schedule that works for them personally.
Use product data, customer, industry and market insights to inform decisions and continuously improve the products.
