Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In your role as Senior Product Manager for Wiping & Cleaning based on a hybrid basis from our site in Dunstable, UK or Paris, France , you’ll take the lead in this category , with a focus on South West Europe and MEIA Regions. You’ll be responsible for implementing the Professional Hygiene product strategy and executing tactical plans aligned with our priority segments.
Within the Product Marketing team you will drive and execute assortment strategies that build value focusing on: launch excellence, product portfolio management and assortment optimization. Working in a matrix organization, you will need to build and manage various relationships across marketing, sales, innovation, research & development and manufacturing, whilst being the persuasive voice of the category.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and implement the BU (business unit) marketing plan, ensuring alignment with segment strategies
  • Act as Product Champion for the wiping and cleaning category, driving innovation and excellence
  • Lead regional market execution of centrally developed product plans
  • Collaborate with regional teams to forecast demand, optimize assortment, and ensure product quality
  • Partner with Product Supply to steer assortment optimization and address quality needs
  • Contribute to product launches, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • Support Phase In/Phase Out (PIPO) processes and manage local IP infringement cases
  • Deliver impactful product training to Sales and ensure up-to-date product documentation
  • Act as the regional complaint handler, consolidating insights to drive product improvements
  • Ensure timely updates to price lists, catalogues, and assortment lists
