UTA seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-level financial system solutions that support internal stakeholders across multiple businesses, as well as external client needs. You must be passionate about driving transformative digital experiences that elevate both agent and client engagement.
The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
- Own strategic planning and execution for major financial systems initiatives, aligning roadmaps with UTA’s overall goals and vision
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept through deployment and optimization, for ERP, accounting, payment, and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with compliance, scalability, and operational efficiency objectives
- Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and Engineering to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions
- Design and maintain technical roadmaps, integrating market analysis, best practices, and customer feedback to inform platform and tooling decisions
- Develop detailed product deliverables (PRFAQs, strategic plans, executive presentations, epics, user stories) that guide technical product managers and engineering teams
- Allocate resources and manage dependencies across multiple projects, ensuring milestones and KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, system performance, user satisfaction) are met
- Lead data-driven decision-making by defining and monitoring metrics; partner with data teams to analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL or Python for insight generation
- Conduct demos and training sessions with business stakeholders to drive adoption and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the professional development of the product organization
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, communicating complex technical concepts and negotiating solutions that balance innovation, risk, and business objectives
- Lead product support team(s) and ensure the highest standards of client support while also following best practices and procedures laid out by the overall Product Management leadership.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on enterprise financial systems, ERP platforms, or complex accounting/payments products.
- Demonstrated success in technical product management, owning delivery of major products or components, managing roadmaps, and aligning technical solutions to strategic business goals
- Proven ability to integrate technology with finance and operations to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability
- Experience in entertainment finance or similar complex accounting environments (participations, residuals, client payments) strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Product Board)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ability to query and interpret data (SQL, Python a plus)
- Strong technical writing skills with a focus on use case and workflow design.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining difficult concepts and influencing decisions at the executive level
- Track record of mentoring junior PMs and contributing to long-term product strategy
- Ability to work independently in complex situations, making high-impact product decisions with minimal guidance
