OUR BUSINESS

FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world’s Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.
We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.
The Sr. Product Manager role at FISPAN is responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy from concept to launch, driving product vision, and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires close alignment with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Sales to define product features, prioritize the product roadmap, and ensure timely delivery. This role will also require mentorship to team members, helping guide their development and contributing to overall team success and achievement of team goals. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential in this role.

  • Technically Fluent: Demonstrable knowledge of web-based technologies and hands on experience managing the backlog for software development teams. You are comfortable getting into the details with engineers, discussing API design, system architecture and data models.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and connect day-to-day development with long-term business goals. You excel at prioritization and making tough trade-offs, using quantitative data as a tool in your decision making.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: Specific experience in working closely with financial end users and web oriented software engineers, translating complex requirements into deliverable components of a web application or integration.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with or building integrations for major ERP and accounting systems. Examples include: NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate finance and banking principles. You have a strong grasp of core financial workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and the underlying banking products that support them, such as domestic & international payments (ACH, EFT, Wires), treasury management services (cash positioning, forecasting), commercial card programs (including virtual cards), and trade finance or commercial lending concepts.
  • Experience with commercial virtual card payments is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record working on fintech, payments, or corporate banking projects.
  • Strong interest in how large enterprises manage money, data, and information across complex systems, with exposure to enterprise technology.
