You will be at the forefront of defining and executing a strategic roadmap to protect our customers, sellers, and our platform from fraud and abuse. You will identify and neutralize emerging fraud trends, optimize risk policies, and balance user friction with robust security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Business) to embed trust and safety into every part of our service ensuring a secure and reliable experience tailored for the Taiwanese market. Essential Qualifications Minimum 6 years of product management experience or equivalent, with a proven track record of developing and managing large-scale products Ability to combine strategic foresight with a strong execution focus to drive results. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. A proactive approach, with a willingness to delve into details and drive results. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly with developing and scaling risk, trust & safety, or fraud prevention products.. Experience launching consumer-facing products in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates who have worked in start-ups or large tech companies.
