Do work that matters As Senior Manager – Fraud and Scams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that protect our customers and the Group. You’ll lead risk buy-down projects, influence Group policy, broader industry changes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we stay ahead of emerging threats. Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen fraud and scam prevention across Business Banking and the Group. Lead risk customer focused projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. Monitor and respond to changes in the regulatory landscape, aligning our approach to industry standards. Partner with internal teams to influence policy and regulatory developments. Provide thought leadership on emerging fraud and scam trends, ensuring proactive risk management. We are looking for candidates who have Extensive experience in fraud and scam management within financial services. Proven ability to deliver strategic projects and risk mitigation initiatives. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
