Tasks
Support us in building and leading the product organization at nuvo. We are developing a suite of tools with significant scaling potential to serve a vast market. Be a real innovator in the B2B SaaS space, working closely with the tech, sales, and marketing teams to manage and navigate our company in the right direction.

Responsibilities
  • Shape the product: Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure our product’s punctual and high-caliber advancement, aligning with user experience and technical prerequisites.
  • Stay abreast of the market: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analyses to uncover market trends, customer demands, and opportunities for product distinction. Maintain current awareness of industry advancements and emerging AI and software technologies.
  • Optimize the development cycle: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to compile requirements and translate them into implementable user stories that will provide a clear path for our engineering team to build a world-class product. Implement processes, guidelines, and frameworks to establish a sustainable product development cycle.
  • Monitor product performance: Monitor product performance, scrutinize metrics, and utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions that drive product enhancements.
  • Drive our product vision: You will have substantial influence over the product roadmap and steer key strategic decisions, ensuring alignment between the product roadmap, vision, and company strategy with the overarching goals.
  • Promote customer engagement: Actively lead implementation sessions to educate and convert our clients while gaining firsthand insights into our customers’ needs.
    Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • You are passionate about SaaS business models and, ideally, bring 4+ years of agile product management experience in an early-stage startup or high-performance environment.
  • You have already performed product management for an interface- and frontend-based product and know the best practices for state-of-the-art UX.
  • Fundamental JavaScript and/or TypeScript knowledge
  • Understanding the concept of well-known web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Advanced communication skills, analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and fluent business English to collaborate with our overseas development team
  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge about the broad concept of natural language processing would be a plus.
