REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to help build Gravity Sketch. As the sole PM in the company, you’ll work hand in hand with the VP Product to figure out what needs building, and execute together with designers and engineers to deliver the product. We have a complex product which spans VR, desktop, and the web, and impacts personas ranging from designers to engineers - so there will be a lot to get dug into!
You’ll be very hands-on in running the day to day of execution across our product teams. This means understanding the product, the tech, and our customers problems deeply enough to develop a great product sense, so that you can work with the team and make the right product decisions and ship releases rapidly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 20% focus: spar with the VP Product and other leadership on product direction - by bringing customer insights and data to the table
  • 80% focus: drive the execution to bring the product direction to reality. Work with designers and engineers to craft a great product experience, pay back debt, and move forward at a rapid pace. Monitor data and feedback from releases to inform what we should be building next. Keep communicating at all levels to ensure there is a common understanding
