In this role, you’ll build and optimize customer-facing experiences across the funnel — from discovery and consideration to booking and repeat usage. You’ll work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and ship high-impact product improvements. You’ll own problems end-to-end: framing the opportunity, defining success metrics, driving execution, and learning from outcomes. As Headout scales from 5k experiences in 190+ cities to 50k experiences in 500 cities, this role sits at the intersection of data, experimentation, and product intuition, shaping how millions of users discover and engage with real-world experiences. 🤩What makes this role special? Work Cross-Functionally: Partner deeply with design, engineering, data, and business teams to deliver impact with speed and clarity. 🌟What You’ll Work On Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey using data and user insights. Define and run experiments to improve discovery efficiency, conversion, retention, and repeat usage. Break down ambiguous problem statements into clear product bets, metrics, and execution plans. Partner with design to assess and improve front-end experiences with strong product judgment. Use data fluently — from dashboards and deep-dives to experiment analysis and post-launch reviews. Communicate decisions, trade-offs, and learnings clearly to cross-functional and leadership stakeholders. 💝What skills & experience do you need? 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel. Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data to generate insights and guide decisions. Demonstrated experimentation mindset — experience validating hypotheses and iterating with confidence. Strong product sense, especially around evaluating and improving user-facing flows. Experience owning initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to impact measurement. Clear, structured communication — comfortable writing PRDs, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution. Exposure to mentoring junior PMs or leading complex cross-functional initiatives is a plus 🥰 What Will Help You Succeed Strong user empathy paired with a bias for action. Comfort operating in ambiguity and making informed trade-offs. Ability to build trust through clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
