Job Title: Senior Product Manager What You’ll Do We are looking for an experienced, versatile Senior Product Manager in Pune who will own and drive the roadmap and execution of a significant portion of the TrustRadius product portfolio within HG Insights. TrustRadius is a buyer intelligence platform that helps software buyers discover the right software to solve their use case, and helps software vendors maximize their brand awareness and preference leveraging voice of the customer content to drive demand. In this role, you will collaborate with other product leaders and functional leaders to determine the strategy and roadmap that will drive software vendor adoption and value through our product offerings. You will deliver products that delight software vendors, create business value, and power the next wave of growth for our Customer Voice, Intent Data, and Leads offerings. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable working across a variety of different product offerings and surface areas, from creating APIs and integrations to ensuring a frictionless platform user experience. You will work closely with engineering and design to prioritize work across new and existing features used by software vendors and will collaborate with marketing and field leaders to bring them to market. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Define the product roadmap and success metrics for software vendor customer facing offerings, in alignment with company vision, customer needs, and market trends Balance short-term revenue objectives with long-term product quality and strategic differentiation Understand B2B software vendor needs by conducting thorough market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for your areas of ownership Transform user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams Collaborate with other product leaders to deliver a trusted marketplace experience for both B2B buyers and vendors Effectively prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact, ensuring a well-defined and groomed product backlog Partner with Engineering to ensure requirements are clear, user stories are written, and acceptance criteria followed per agile software development principles Develop and monitor clear success metrics and KPIs—leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback for continuous improvement Clearly and concisely communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Engage frequently with customers and internal stakeholders to share the roadmap, gather feedback, and deepen your understanding of evolving needs Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to collect feedback, align on solutions, and product drive adoption Stay up to date on industry trends in review sites, buyer intelligence, intent data and more. Understand how emerging technologies are affecting how buyers research software and how we can help software vendors effectively tell their story and drive demand with their buyers What You’ll Need 5+ years of product management experience owning product lines in SaaS, technology, marketplaces, data, and/or integrations Direct experience working in the software review (e.g. G2, Gartner), buyer intelligence, or intent data space is a plus Experience working with demand agencies and/or products used by customer marketers, product marketers, and demand generation is a plus Experience optimizing content and site experience for maximum visibility in SEO and GEO is a plus Growth mindset with a record of continuous improvement and adaptability in dynamic environments Demonstrated success managing a broad product portfolio and prioritizing where to invest in new opportunities and ongoing product health Strong analytical skills and experience assessing product opportunities, validating business cases, and driving decisions with data Previous experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment Experience building and working with APIs and third-party integrations to drive business and customer outcomes Deep customer focus, empathy, and demonstrated success translating customer needs into winning product solutions Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus About HG Insights & TrustRadius TrustRadius, an HG Insights company, is a leading platform for software reviews, intent data, and customer-driven insights.
