We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of the product areas that quietly power everything we do. This is a role where you keep focus on making our entire product ecosystem stronger, while acknowledging that small features collectively define the customer experience.

Your Mission
Your mission is to shape the foundation that helps Hoxhunt grow. You’ll be responsible for the systems and capabilities that support other teams, speed up onboarding, and enable long-term product evolution.
This includes everything from the capabilities we provide to customer admin users, whether it is the initial configurations, user management, licensing models or reporting tools. Furthermore, you’d be responsible for some back-office features that help our technical support and onboarding teams to reduce manual effort, move fast and concentrate on high value-adding activities. These are the product areas that might not always be the most prominent to users but are essential to our growth.
Your Role
You’ll directly engage with customers to understand their real challenges. You’ll work closely with engineering, designers, onboarding, support, customer success, and fellow product managers.
You’ll improve how customers see value faster, simplifying how new customers get started, how admins get their jobs done, how customer teams get the insights they need but also how our platform works under the hood. You’ll make thoughtful decisions that balance flexibility, usability, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do

You’ll own key parts of the platform, including:

  • User management
  • Admin tooling
  • Licensing logic for a multi-product environment
  • Improving mechanisms that enable cross-sell, up-sell, and broader product discovery
  • Customer setups, single and multi-tenancy
  • Reporting for customers
  • Internal tools that help onboarding and support scale

You’ll shape how we:

  • Turn complex setup into simple, self-guided experiences
  • Quantify key metrics around onboarding, time-to-value, and customer activation
  • Connect features across our platform so teams discover what’s possible
  • Work across teams with shared tools and consistent logic

What We’re Looking For

You might be the right fit if you:

  • Have 4 or more years of product management experience
  • Have worked on platform-style areas like customer admin tooling, permissions, or configuration
  • Are not afraid occasionally to be in the middle of multiple fires
  • Know when to patch, and when to remove friction permanently
  • Are comfortable with integrations & APIs, bonus for familiarity with IAM- or HR-systems
  • Can explain technical ideas clearly and make decisions based on real customer needs
  • Understand what makes onboarding and internal efficiency better
  • Want to take full ownership of something important and help others move faster because of it

It’s a plus if you’ve worked in fast-moving tech environments where simplicity, volume, and scale go hand in hand – such as B2C or high-volume B2B.

Location and Salary
This role is based out of our headquarters in Helsinki.
The monthly salary range for this position is €6300–6800, depending on your skills and experience.
We work in a hybrid setup and hope you enjoy spending time at the office weekly.
