KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services.
• Product management experience in platforms, managed accounts or registered managed investment schemes.
• In-depth knowledge of MISs and investment products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, with the ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and external partners.
• Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines.

THE ROLE

An exciting full time permanent position has become available within our Product Management team based in Sydney.
This key position will lead a team of one direct report and be responsible for the ongoing management of the HUB24 Managed Portfolio Service and HUB24 Managed Discretionary Account (MDA) facilitation service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the external ‘Responsible Entity’ relationship and overseeing the disclosure documents to support portfolio changes and updates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead development and continuous updates of disclosure documents, ensuring alignment with portfolio changes, new features, regulations, and legislation.
• Manage cross-functional relationships for timely and accurate document production.
• Ensure business readiness to support product and disclosure changes.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Investments, Distribution, the Responsible Entity, and Project teams on key initiatives and product design.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage initiatives for continuous product and process improvement.
• Champion business readiness by ensuring the team has necessary knowledge and training.
• Support successful delivery of new portfolios, MDA arrangements, and related offer documents.
• Provide ongoing sales support, addressing product-related queries and contributing to RFI/RFP submissions.
• Implement new MDA facilitation arrangements.
• Foster collaborative relationships with the Responsible Entity, focusing on product simplification and operational efficiencies.
