SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (OKTA PRODUCTS):

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Product Manager - Identity and Access Management (Okta products) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (OKTA PRODUCTS) - JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and maintenance of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, specifically Auth0 and Okta. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements for our IAM solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and business stakeholders.

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (OKTA PRODUCTS) - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Computer science engineering degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on IAM or related fields
• Proven experience with Auth0 and Okta
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (OKTA PRODUCTS) – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Auth0 certified developer, CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications
• Experience working in a financial institution or a highly regulated industry
• Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
• Knowledge of emerging IAM technologies and industry trends
• Experience in developing technical documentation

• Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for Auth0 and Okta, aligning with overall security and identity vision
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define product priorities
• Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and test IAM solutions
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Auth0 and Okta platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Communicate product plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders
• Ensure IAM solutions meet security and compliance standards
