Prepare and present reports to the Board and Audit & Risk Committees on product changes and initiatives. Drive legislative change implementation and fund deregistration processes as required. Monitor and contribute to fund pricing strategies and client pricing proposals to maintain market competitiveness. Collaborate with Communications to ensure effective product change communication across internal and external stakeholders. What you need to have: Tertiary qualification in business, finance, accounting, legal, management, or a related field. 7-10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with investment or superannuation product expertise. Proven project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ASIC regulations and relevant legislation such as the Corporations Act and Income Tax Assessment Act. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills, able to work effectively under pressure. RG146 qualification and project management training are desirable. What makes you stand out: Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives and navigate regulatory environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and Board committees. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry developments.
