Job Description We are looking for an experienced, consumer focused Senior Product Manager, who will help us deliver the best customer experience in the market. You will be responsible for driving and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products for a critical product line, ensuring alignment with company wide objectives Resposnbilities: Define and communicate product vision and strategy at the organizational level. Influence executive stakeholders and align cross functional teams. Oversee multiple products or a complex product line, ensuring coherence and synergy. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and key customers. Present business cases and product strategies to executives A ctively mentor and develop Product Managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence Lead advanced market research, competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities. Own product P&L, set and track financial targets, and ensure business outcomes. Drive organizational change and champion best practices in product management Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Around 5 years relevant experience, preferbly in the logistics/e-commerce or related industry. Proven experience leading products through their full lifecycle, from conception to launch and iteration, preferably with high scale or complex technological solutions. Passionate about scale, bias for outcomes and long-term value Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic environment Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.
