Job Description As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that address both user and business needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions at scale. Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, goals, roadmap and KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibility Work closely with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment Conduct user research and analyze data to validate product decisions Coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teams Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and measurable results Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignment Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Qualifications Requirements (Must have) 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or a related technology-driven industry Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies Experience with data analysis tools and techniques Experience working in Agile and/or Lean environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent English and Polish Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and large language models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and solve complex problems. Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply them responsibly within professional workflows. Nice to have Cross-functional experience or exposure to leadership roles Professional certifications (e.g. Agile, UX, Cloud, PMP, ITIL Communicative knowledge of French (depending on the role) Additional Information Why Join InPost?
