• Manage the product roadmap by capturing, understanding, and prioritizing work
• Conduct research and interact with customers to define and frame problems
• Collaborate with the team to envision and scope solutions
• Ship solutions early and evaluate their effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative measures
• Own and maintain product quality
• Motivate and lead a team to achieve high performance

Key requirements

• Demonstrable experience of leading a team
