Description

bunch is building the backbone of private markets, combining exceptional expertise, operational excellence, and frictionless technology. The platform enables funds and private investors to seamlessly and securely set up and manage their investment entities.
We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Product Manager for our Investor Experience team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong track record in fintech, investor relations, or private markets, and are excited to craft products that elevate the investor journey, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

HOW THE ROLE CONTRIBUTES TO THE COMPANY’S VISION

As the Senior Product Manager for Investor Experience, you will own the products that shape how Limited Partners (LPs) and their representatives interact with funds on our platform—from onboarding and compliance checks to accessing investment information and collaborating with fund managers. Your work will directly enhance trust, transparency, and efficiency for both investors and fund managers, enabling seamless communication, secure data sharing, and branded investor portal.
This is a high-impact role where you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality investor-facing and fund manager-supporting tools.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the investor experience, including onboarding, compliance/KYC processes, LP portals, and investor account management
  • Transform complex investor workflows into simple, elegant product experiences
  • Conduct interviews and research with LPs, investor relations teams, and fund operations to deeply understand user needs
  • Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality, secure, and compliant products on schedule
  • Partner closely with compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and jurisdictional requirements
  • Drive adoption and satisfaction through continuous iteration and feedback gathering
  • Define success metrics and measure product performance, using data to guide decisions
  • Ensure alignment across teams and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle
  • Stay informed on trends in investor relations technology, compliance, and private market operations to identify new opportunities
