JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Interior solutions, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for itel’s interior solutions inclusive of operational workflows and tooling, carrier engagement, 3rd party provider ecosystem partner involvement, and ensuring overall best in class system design within Salesforce to allow for innovation and growth. Our aim for interior is to drive innovation in market that leads to meaningful revenue growth and operational efficiencies empowering customers with a streamlined solution suite from claim initiation through estimating. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, peer product managers, GTM, operations, and other key business partners to deliver end to end platform and tools that fuel our interior product suite.

USER WORKFLOWS & EXPERIENCE OPTIMIZATION

  • Analyze and map out customer journeys to identify pain points and inefficiencies that lead to reimagining current processes with bias to workflow automations and self-service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse user and stakeholder groups to develop frictionless user experiences always keeping voice of customer in mind and remaining focused on outcomes
  • Identify key metrics and KPIs to set baseline measures and consistently have grasp on how users are doing in accomplishing their goals and alignment across key groups

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of product management experience with strong focus in user workflows, automation, and data solution innovation
  • Strong business acumen with proven history of launching successful, revenue-generating products to multiple markets
  • Proven track record of delivering data-focused products with excellent developer partnership experiences
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and data modeling principles to achieve product goals
  • At ease navigating technical discussions with engineering on SaaS based design practices and development
  • Familiarity with Cloud hosted solutions and high level system design principles
  • Background in developer-focused products or B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value and vice versa.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Understanding of machine learning workflows and how they intersect with data APIs.
