Description
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with Commercial Ops, Marketing Partners (strategy, upstream), Brand Activation, Clinical, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch plan and supporting marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs. Provide reports to management on key metrics, insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes. Provide recommendations on capital programs and product pricing strategies. Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or healthcare 5+ years prior medical device product management experience (product launch/commercialization) Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives through core team leadership Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Project management skills and experience Strong analytical, strategic planning and financial analysis skills Experience with building strong physician relationships Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, to include international travel. Advanced degree (such as MBA) Experience with peripheral interventions products and customers
