ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We are currently searching for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to play a key role covering long service leave period of up to 12 months initially, with strong possibilities of future permanent employment.
This senior role will have responsibility for one of IXOM’s largest product portfolios covering industrial manufactured chemicals, and we are looking for someone who is excited to be part of a team delivering critical supply chains for Australian and New Zealand industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountability for Product Portfolio strategy development and execution of plan
  • Drive active collaboration across IXOM to support end strategies
  • Ensure all customer, supplier and product related Health, Safety and Environment requirements are met within IXOM guidelines
  • Manage principal relationships and identifying and developing opportunities to bring on new principals, supporting the Product Management team
  • Deal with a complex supply chain to oversee the journey of our products and ensure continuity of supply
  • Contribute to development of financial budgets and own the delivery of results to achieve and exceed these
  • Ensure robust processes are in place for supplier pricing, terms, product inventory levels and monitoring of supply and demand market dynamics
  • Drive Principal and Supplier management excellence
  • Product Stewardship and supply chain management with experience across the product life cycle and creation of product stewardship plans with the team
