As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of technology-driven solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape product strategies, conduct market analysis, and leverage emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automation. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning product strategies with organizational objectives, optimizing operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Architect and implement innovative integration models using emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion of enterprise systems implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic integration partners to expand and enhance solution offerings.
  • Manage and mentor a team focused on requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and platform support.
  • Foster a culture emphasizing continuous learning, innovation, and empowerment.
  • Lead governance activities, resource planning, and roadmap management for efficient resource utilization and strategic alignment.
  • Act as a key escalation point for troubleshooting, incident response, and post-incident analysis.
  • Manage total cost of ownership, vendor contracts, and strategic vendor relationships.
  • Regularly report to executive leadership and stakeholders on product roadmaps, project outcomes, and platform performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations, maintain system reliability and uptime.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management with technology-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Proven experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing AI-driven or automation-focused products.
  • Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
  • Warehouse expertise preferred, specifically experience with cross dock operations and last-mile delivery.
