Lead cross-functional squads through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch. Translate customer pain points and market opportunities into actionable requirements and business cases. Develop and track key product metrics to guide iteration and measure success. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful products. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance customer satisfaction and product innovation. Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to executives and stakeholders. Requirements: 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or software development. Proven ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and requirements. Experience building enterprise features that drive measurable business impact. Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, data visualization, and translating insights into strategy. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools. Experience working with design and research teams to deliver intuitive, customer-centric UX. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Business acumen and a customer-centric mindset.
