Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and team management at Karbon. You will own end-to-end product delivery for SaaS and fintech solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products are aligned with customer needs and business goals. This is a high-impact role for a generalist PM who thrives in fast-paced startup environments (0–1 stage) and enjoys shaping customer-centric products. Where You Can Create Impact Lead a product team and mentor junior product managers. Drive product strategy and roadmap for SaaS and fintech solutions. Understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable product features. Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and user behavior to inform product decisions. Ensure all products meet customer expectations, usability, and business KPIs. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, MVP design, GTM validation, launch, and iteration. Translate workflows into AI-driven product flows Work closely with AI engineers to evaluate LLM performance, reliability, and benchmark data quality. Establish clear success metrics — latency, accuracy, user adoption, automation %, and NPS. Collaborate with design and marketing to build a compelling narrative and GTM motion. Mentor junior PMs or interns; drive clarity, ownership, and delivery velocity. Must-Have Experience 6+ years of core product management experience, including at least one 0→1 build. Strong understanding of AI products (LLMs, RAG, agent workflows, eval harnesses) — not just hype. Demonstrated ability to ship complex B2B or fintech products with measurable impact. Strong systems thinking, user empathy, and ability to move from insight → spec → shipped product. Experience collaborating deeply with engineering and design teams. Good-to-have: Exposure to fintech, taxation, accounting products. Experience in building enterprise financial tools. Technical literacy in LLMs, data pipelines, or evaluation frameworks. Entrepreneurial mindset — experience in a startup or founding context. Why Karbon: Build the world’s first agentic AI stack for accountants and CPAs.
