Role reports to: Sr Director Global Data 360 Products Location: Asia Pacific, India, Karnataka, Bangalore Work Location: Fully Onsite What you will do What You Will Do As a Senior Product Manager, Digital, Data and AI Products, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of data-driven products powered by digital, artificial intelligence and analytics technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, execution and activation/training. Responsibilities: Product Vision, Strategy & Business Alignment Partner closely with business leaders to shape and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital, Data, and AI solutions, ensuring strong alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomes. Champion the value proposition of data and AI products across the organization, tailoring narratives for different business functions and user personas. Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering Build deep relationships with business units to understand their workflows, challenges, and opportunities for digital transformation. Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and success criteria that ensure user-centric and high-impact product enhancements. User Activation, Training & Adoption Develop and execute user activation plans to ensure smooth onboarding, including hands-on training sessions, self-service learning materials, and in-product guidance. Deliver business-facing demos, roadshows, and enablement workshops that increase awareness, confidence, and usage of AI and data products. Monitor adoption patterns and proactively address barriers to usage through targeted engagement strategies. Change Management & Organizational Readiness Lead the change management strategy for product rollouts by partnering with communications, training, and business leadership teams. Develop communication plans, release notes, and stakeholder updates to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Drive behavior changes through structured messaging, storytelling, and success showcases. Product Development & Execution Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, data science, and UX teams—covering design, development, testing, deployment, and scaling. Ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences by partnering with UX designers to simplify complex data and AI interactions. Data & AI Enablement Oversee the data readiness process—including data capture, governance, quality, and preprocessing—ensuring availability and reliability for product features. Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to support the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning models within user-facing products. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Establish robust KPIs and dashboards to track product adoption, user satisfaction, product performance, and business impact. Continuously iterate on features based on user feedback, usage analytics, and market insights to maximize value delivery. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Conduct market trend analysis, evaluate emerging technologies, and benchmark industry competitors to identify new opportunities and keep products innovative and relevant. Risk Management Assess risks across data, technology, governance, and user adoption dimensions; develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful and secure product deployment. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications · Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experiences with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master degree; or a PhD with 8 years of experiences in the field of Technology, Computer/Software Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics etc. · 5+ years of experience working in CPG/Retail industry and sound knowledge in business/data domains related to Customer, Product, Consumer, Finance etc. · Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data-driven products and AI technologies. · Familiarity with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model deployment. · Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. · Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and data-driven decision-making. · Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Understanding of data privacy and security considerations in AI product development. · Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. · Experience working in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog and Business Glossary.
