As a Product Manager for Payments, you'll be at the core of our loan servicing operations, building the critical systems that power every aspect of the lending lifecycle. Come thrive in our dynamic environment, leading the evolution of payments and loan servicing in AI and machine learning for auto finance. \n Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand the problems and develop insights, and translate those findings into new product innovations Partner closely with engineering to drive the creation, planning, prototyping, and development of products and features in support of key product metrics and goals Foster strong relationships with subject matter experts, analysts, data scientists, and technology teams across Lendbuzz Own, prioritize and maintain the product backlog Analyze and articulate insights from data to inform product roadmap decisions and drive alignment across functions and senior leadership Break down features into detailed stories and acceptance criteria that can be executed by an agile team. Find ways to deliver value incrementally Effectively communicate to a wide business audience project status and post-launch measurement of progress Collaborate closely with the Finance and Accounting teams on daily and month-end reporting, reconciliation processes, and ensuring accuracy across complex financial data models is a plus Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Product Management within fintech or financial services companies, with a strong focus on lending and loan servicing products Proven hands-on experience working with / for US-based companies or US financial markets Extensive knowledge of banking integrations and payment processing: ACH, NACHA, card networks, wire transfers, and alternative payment methods Strong familiarity with US financial compliance and regulatory frameworks such as TILA, Reg B, UDAAP, CFPB regulations and SCRA Deep understanding of lending ecosystems, including consumer / auto lending – strong advantage Proven experience leading complex product integrations and API-based solutions with internal and external partners Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and working closely with R&D teams Demonstrated ability to write clear and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), business requirements and technical specifications Excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple complex initiatives in parallel Strong analytical mindset with deep interest in data-driven products and decision-making Experience working in fintech, financial markets, or the automotive ecosystem – a strong plus Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) – mandatory Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data, compliance, legal and business teams in a global environment Highly independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment \n What we offer: - A culture that values product ownership, collaborative architectural planning, and building wins for your resume/portfolio as much as for the company. - Smart, dynamic people with whom you can share the experience of building something unique. - Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and advancement.
