OUR CORE BELIEFS At LoadUp, we exist to glorify God by pursuing excellence in all we do. We look for leaders who embody our values every day: Right Shell – You are the architect of our agility, ensuring our platform infrastructure is perfectly sized and scalable for nationwide growth. Action Over Words – You don’t just write roadmaps; you drive execution, shipping the APIs and tools that solve real operational bottlenecks. Live in Truth – You engage in radical candor with engineering and leadership, making the hard trade-offs based on data and technical reality. ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Product Manager, Platform, is a strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for the "brain" of LoadUp. You will partner with Engineering, Data, and Operations to build the core capabilities that power our end-to-end experience. From microservices and data pipelines to internal tooling, you ensure our platform is reliable, innovative, and future-proof. WHAT YOU’LL DO Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the platform roadmap, aligning technical priorities with business impact and engineering capacity. Technical Discovery: Lead research to understand the needs of internal consumers (Ops, CX) and external integrators, translating them into clear product specs. Build/Buy/Partner: Collaborate with Architecture leads to make high-stakes decisions on scalable solutions and system design. Sprint Leadership: Serve as the primary stakeholder in sprint planning and grooming, ensuring User Stories provide the perfect context for engineering. Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key platform metrics, including API adoption, latency, uptime, and developer experience. Cross-Functional Champion: Represent the platform team in executive reviews and partner discussions, distilling complex tech concepts for all audiences. WHAT YOU BRING Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on platform, infrastructure, or technical products. Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and data pipelines. You can talk architecture and trade-offs with engineers without needing to write the code yourself. Data Fluency: Proficiency with tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to drive data-informed decisions. Agile Mastery: Expert at writing User Stories and managing roadmaps in a high-speed, growth-oriented environment. Marketplace Expertise: Experience with on-demand platforms or complex marketplaces is strongly preferred. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Competitive Compensation – A package that reflects your strategic impact on our core technology. 401(k) with 5% Company Match – We invest in your long-term success. Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA, and HSA options. Monthly Lifestyle Stipends – Support for the things that make your everyday life better.
