ROLE SUMMARY
We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to build and lead our Product Management function, based anywhere in the U.S., reporting to the SVP of Service. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and strategic direction of our Unified Security Posture Management (USPM) platform and services. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Leadership, our Customer Advisory Board, and the Partner Management team to shape solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Define and articulate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
· Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch, setting clear goals and milestones.
· Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the cybersecurity landscape.
· Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver unique value to our customers.
· Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
· Prioritize product features and roadmap items based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business dynamics.
· Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure product objectives are met.
· Serve as the product evangelist, articulating Loom’s value proposition to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Engage directly with customers, our Customer Advisory Board, and business personas (e.g., CISOs, IT leaders, business owners) to gather feedback and understand challenges.
· Incorporate feedback into product development to ensure solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
· Align with and support the Partner Management team on interoperability initiatives, ensuring our solutions integrate seamlessly with technology partners.
· Stay informed on interoperable technology partner product roadmaps, providing product management input and supporting alignment to ensure long-term interoperability across the ecosystem.
· Work with the Partner Management team to evaluate, prioritize, and onboard new technology partners to expand the interoperability technology stack.
· Collaborate with Partner Management and Marketing to enable “better together” stories and joint go-to-market opportunities.
