We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of AirHelp+, our premium subscription offering. You’ll take full ownership of strategy, roadmap, and execution - working across teams to improve retention, expand value, and deliver a seamless experience to travelers who need us most.
We work in a hybrid setup, twice per week in the office. This role can be based in Kraków, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Barcelona or Berlin.

DEEPLY KNOW THE USER

• Conduct interviews, usability tests, and behavioral analysis to uncover real pain points.
• Translate insights into product ideas that excite, retain, and convert.
• Champion the customer voice in every decision.
