We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to help lead and manage the development, implementation, and ongoing success of our PLM solutions from vision to execution. This person will play a critical role in defining a product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance while ensuring alignment with organizational and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or technical master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in PLM systems with a focus on information architecture and digital threads with knowledge of the connectivity of product data with associated domains
• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience in designing and developing solutions utilizing web technologies/frameworks
• Experience with .Net and related technologies
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of low-code modeling and API development
• UI/UX design principles
• Experience with cloud technologies

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive and compelling product roadmap for Aras Innovator-based solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Candidates must have proven experience with defining business models, GTM, and collaboration with finance and executive leadership to define and refine pricing models, licensing structures, and bundling strategies based on market, customer, and competitor research.
• Product Development: Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and support, using Agile methodologies. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business value in coordination with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Gather and analyze customer input to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
