• Own growth strategy & execution – Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention with data-driven experiments and A/B testing.
• Optimize mobile UX/UI – Improve mobile navigation, performance, and conversions for a seamless shopping experience.
• Lead data-driven decision-making – Leverage analytics, behavioral insights, and testing to refine product features and optimize KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – You’ll work closely with UX, design, engineering, and marketing to deliver impactful growth features.
