Description
Driving growth strategy and roadmap for the product. Working with diverse stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners, a diverse set of customer engineering teams, and compliance auditors. Managing the backlog and priority for your feature areas, ensuring features land on time, and with high quality. Delivering an enterprise grade platform to the customers, across various clouds following GTM strategies. Establish a network of partnerships with technical leaders across the company. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of familiarity with Kubernetes or Containers. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical. Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations as you work to bring clarity to those around you. Individuals with a positive, collaborative, can-do attitude and bias for action. Cultural activators, who place a high priority on a healthy team culture and contribute to that culture themselves. Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, a strong history of solving complex problems and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments. Understanding or experience with building software platforms and of the software development process. Strong empathy for developers and working backwards from customers. Design thinking, structured problem solving, data driven decision making and strong analytical skills. Track record of going technically deep and quickly ramping up on new technologies. Ability to build vision and roadmap for complex areas.
