WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

  • 5+ years’ experience in the deployment and orchestration of high-performance, highly available critical SW clusters.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner in an agile environment focused on enterprise software.
  • Experience working as a software architect or developer in an agile environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams in a software product company.
  • In-depth understanding of user journeys, personas, use case development, and market, business, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong ability to leverage market and business insights to develop differentiated features for Dynatrace Managed that align with Dynatrace’s overall goals and strategy.
  • Experience with security and compliance requirements relevant to on-premises deployments (plus point).
Responsibilities
  • You own the functional- and use case-based aspects of the product roadmap, represent the end user’s point of view, and strive for innovative solutions by answering the WHY and understanding the end user’s pain points.
  • You manage the needs and expectations of big customers and partners proactively.
  • As part of a larger team, you drive the product roadmap definition and our near-term and long-term product strategy.
  • You work together with our agile R&D teams to deliver product capabilities that WOW customers and create value-add that sells and impacts product adoption measurably.
  • You manage cross-functional product initiatives with our customer support to excel in customer support situations, prevent escalations, and have “smooth sailing.”
  • You partner with product marketing to develop targeted messaging, define go-to-market strategies and tactics, and enable the sales team
