REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping products that moved meaningful business metrics, ideally within within a marketplace environment
• Highly analytical individual, with excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of data science and machine learning concepts. You must be able to talk compellingly on how you utilise data to drive impact and be able to rigoroursly debate data approaches with your DS/ML counterparts
• Ability to zoom between pixel-level details and quarterly planning without losing coherence
• Strong experience with experimentation and AB testing, formulating and testing hypotheses and telling a story based on the data harvested
• You thrive translating complex data insights into actionable product strategies
• Passionate about user-centric product development, possessing a deep understanding of user research methodologies to give great customer experiences
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, and have demonstrated the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver products and features that drive significant business outcomes
• Results-oriented, adept at delivering projects quickly while adapting to new information/feedback to challenge and validate assumptions
• A passion for product management as a discipline and a drive to continuously iterate and improve ways of working
• Self-starter and proactive individual who loves to collaborate, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• A curious mindset and ability to quickly develop strong domain knowledge.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Auction Dynamics team.
As a Senior PM, you will lead a Product team dedicated to driving our online marketplace performance. The product solutions you develop will drive our marketplace health to new highs, provide a superior experience for our buyers and sellers and break new ground on supply and demand matching

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for Motorway’s marketplace, aligned with company objectives
• Drive business Impact: Own specific revenue/growth metrics and demonstrate how you are driving not just impact for Motorway but also creating significant value for our customers
• Make your product team 2x more effective, not 2x busier
• Place 3-5 big strategic bets per year that could each be company-changing wins
• See through the hundreds of good ideas to identify the greatest product opportunities (and explain why)
