Senior Product Manager - Edinburgh basedAre you a Product Leader who loves a puzzle? Most HR functions can look simple on the surface, but underneath they’re a multitudes of workflows, exceptions, legacy systems and human moments that really matter. We’re hiring a product leader who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to that complexity - someone who treats people services as real products, designed with care, improved continuously and built with technical craft.
In this role, you’ll become the connective tissue between People, Technology, Data, Risk and Operations. You’ll spend time understanding how things really work today: the messy inputs, the friction points, the gaps between what colleagues expect and what the current systems deliver. You’ll map journeys, diagnose problems and frame opportunities with the same rigour you’d apply to any product domain. And when the picture is clear, you’ll turn insight into action - shaping direction, prioritising the right problems and driving delivery from discovery through to adoption.
You’ll design experiences that make complex HR processes feel simple and intuitive. Sometimes that means rethinking a workflow from the ground up; other times it means prototyping a new interaction, building a lightweight tool, or using automation or AI to remove manual effort. You’ll move quickly, validating ideas early and reducing delivery risk through rapid prototyping. You’ll work closely with engineers and technical partners, translating needs into clear requirements and ensuring what gets built truly solves the problem. You’ll care deeply about quality - not just in the pixels or interactions, but in the logic, the data, the controls and the operational reality behind the interface.
