Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health. Opportunity Own the strategy and execution for Twin’s next generation of member-facing experiences. Deliver agents and in-app journeys that set up each member’s plan (aligned care-plan goals, flexible daily plan) and surface holistic insights that drive measurable outcomes. You’ll set the roadmap, ship fast, run bold experiments, and scale what works across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces. Responsibilities Set the strategy and roadmap: Define and socialize a multi-quarter plan across the daily plan, the member journey, and the care circle; tie to activation, retention, and outcome targets. Build and ship core journeys: Deliver consumer-grade experiences across app, chat, and voice Specify with clarity: Write precise UX briefs/PRDs and acceptance criteria; partner with Design, Engineering, and QA to move idea → experiment → launch. Know the member: Lead discovery (interviews, usability tests, diary studies); synthesize insights into decisions and narrative updates. Lead the narrative: Tell the story—why this, why now, what moved—and translate insights into the next bets. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years in Product Management (or equivalent impact), including 2+ years owning member-facing mobile/web UX Metrics/experimentation: KPI definition, cohorting, A/B testing; comfortable with analytics tools (and basic SQL a plus) Strong discovery and delivery craft: journey mapping, usability testing, crisp PRDs/UX briefs, and prioritization under ambiguity. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $170,000-$190,000 annually.
